Semi flips on I-70

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A semi-truck has flipped on its side near I-70, INDOT says.
The incident occurred at 1:20 p.m. on the ramp to I-70 West from Emerson Avenue.
Traffic on the ramp is backed up at this time.
