Overturned semi clogs I-70 for hours

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A semi that overturned in the early morning hours Friday kept traffic clogged at the North Split until nearly midday.
Traffic was completely blocked on Interstate 70 westbound to southbound Interstate 65 initially, and traffic remained partially restricted until shortly after 11 a.m., when INDOT said all lanes were reopened.
The crash occurred shortly before 4 a.m. Friday as a semi traveling into the north split lost control and flipped onto its side.
A hazardous materials unit was also called to the scene on a report of a small diesel fuel spill.
There are no reports of injuries.
