INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A Fort Wayne man will serve six months in prison for attempted child exploitation after he was caught using a camera attached to his shoe to peer up the skirts of teen girls at Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis in 2010.
A jury found David Delagrange guilty on four counts of child exploitation Feb. 22. Thursday, he was sentenced to four years in prison, with three suspended, on each of those Class C felony counts. On a misdemeanor count of resisting law enforcement, he was sentenced to one year, suspended.
He’ll serve six months in prison, six months on work release, according to court officials, and he received credit for 58 days already served. He’ll then be on probation for three years.
Several counts of voyeurism against Delagrange were dropped as a result of an Indiana Court of Appeals ruling in the case.
