INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Two teens were injured in an early morning crash near Southport Road and South Franklin Road.
Investigators say they believe the driver may have fallen asleep shortly before his vehicle left the roadway.
The car which was headed east on Southport Road struck a utility pole. One of the occupants who was apparently not wearing a seatbelt was ejected from the vehicle. Officers said the other occupant was wearing a seatbelt.
Both were taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Both were juveniles and their names were not released.
