Southport railroad lights out

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The City of Southport is warning residents that the railroad crossing signal lights and bell on South Street are out and will not be working until further notice.

The crossing is located in the 100 block of South Street in Southport just East of Madison Avenue. Stop signs have been placed on both sides of the railroad crossing.

Motorists must come to a complete stop before proceeding through the railroad crossing.

Please use caution when traveling in this area.
