INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A Pendleton woman injured in the Indiana State Fair stage collapse threw out the first pitch Friday night at the Indianapolis Indians home game.
Andrea Vellinga's skull was crushed last August. Doctors weren't sure she would survive.
She spent seven months at a rehabilitation center in Michigan.
Vellinga just celebrated her 31st birthday in May.
