Sunday night shooting suspect, victim identified

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Homicide detectives have identified the victim and suspect in a shooting that occurred Sunday night in the 1900 block of North Exeter.
The deceased victim has been identified as 50-year-old Joseph Bajt.
Police has placed 47-year-old Herbert Barber under arrest for the shooting. Barber has been preliminarily charged with voluntary manslaughter.
Barber is currently being held without bond in the Marion County Jail where he is waiting an initial hearing.
A motive has not yet been identified in this case.
