INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis hosted PlayFit, an interactive exhibit that focuses on kids living a healthy lifestyle.

Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent joined in on the fun by choreographing a flash mob.

Staff, doctors and former patients spent two weeks learning the dance and performed in the Welcome Center of the museum.

On Saturday the flash mob greeted visitors with their dance.

“It's really exciting. We've had a lot of fun a lot of fun practicing. We're really excited to get started today,” says Andi Baughn who participated in the flash mob.

The Children's Museum of Indianapolis and Peyton Manning Children's Hospital want to get families moving to promote being healthy.

A former patient joined in on the fun.

“I had a brain tumor and then I became an ambassador,” says Teagan Baughn a former patient. “It's a really good hospital and it's fun to go to because you get to meet really great friends and really great doctors there.”

The flash mob kicked off a fun packed day. A 12-year-old chef showed off her healthy cooking skills as she prepared meals parents and kids can make at home.

“My focus is for really kid friendly, healthy dishes. And so this is sort of a way to get my dishes out there to kids,” says Chef Remmi Smith, who hosts her own cooking show.

Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent also set up several booths in the Sunburst Atrium. The museum that focused on healthy living for kids.
