INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Bicyclists who travel along Illinois Street in Indianapolis, will find they will have some extra shade.

Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and the Office of Sustainability hosted volunteers for a bike lane tree planting Saturday.

It was an effort to "green" the commute of city bike riders.

Over 50 trees were planted along Illinois bike lanes between 16th street and Fall Creek.
