INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The trustee trying to recover some of the money investors with Fair Finance lost is looking to reclaim political contributions given to some Indiana leaders.

Businessman Tim Durham is in the midst of hearings over his dealings at Fair Finance, an Ohio investment company. He faces charges for misusing millions of dollars of investor money. The trustee trying to recover some of that cash wants indiana political candidates to return donations traced back to Durham.

The trustee specifically said they were targeting former Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi by name, and said six other political figures have been contacted. The spokesman said they will file a suit in the near future if they are unable to work something out.
