INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - One person was critically injured when a tow truck and car collided Thursday afternoon on the east side of Indianapolis.
The vehicles collided near 16th Street and Shadeland Avenue. It happened around 4 p.m. in front of a Budget rental car facility.
Officials say a white passenger car was northbound turning west onto 16th Street when a southbound tow truck pulling a car struck the vehicle.
The driver of the car, an elderly woman, was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
