Two missing children found

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Officials at the scene where two children went missing earlier say the children have been found.
The individuals who found the children says they recognized their picture from our mobile website. However, they did not want to comment on camera.
Travaughn and Tamara Cotton had been missing since they left their home at 1:30 p.m.
Parents of the missing children told police they searched for four hours before reporting the children missing.
Indianapolis Fire Department and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department searched the area. IFD says the family had recently moved to the area about a month ago.
Parents told police the children were on punishment and were upset.
