INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says a UPS truck was involved in an accident early Saturday morning.
The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of 21st Street and Martin Luther King.
Officers say the UPS semi truck was pulling two trailers along I-65 when it crossed the center divider as it exited the highway. The truck flipped, trapping the driver inside the truck.
The accident caused tons of materials to spill on to the road, causing a mess.
Responding crews arrived on scene and extricated the driver from the vehicle.
