INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A Valparaiso man won $1 million Friday in downtown Indianapolis as part of the Hoosier Lottery’s Lucky Millionaire second-chance promotion.

Chris Ziegler was one of five randomly-selected finalists eligible for the prize.

Ziegler is an EMT and a Marine and Gulf War veteran.

“Right now, I'm just trying to comprehend it," Ziegler said in a press release. “It feels amazing to know that we'll have that much money to take care of things that the kids will be taken care of.”

Ziegler was a finalist in a previous drawing in September.
