Victim of weekend fire dies from injuries

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A man injured in a weekend fire died Tuesday from his injuries.
George Chapman was taken to the hospital in critical condition early Sunday morning after a fire at his home in the 3100 block of Alice Avenue.
Neighbors knocked in the door of Chapman's home and rescued three other people from the home. Firefighters believe a space heater is the cause of the fire.
Wishard Hospital officials say Chapman died Tuesday from his injuries.
