INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A mater main break on Madison Avenue backed up traffic for a bit Tuesday morning.
The break happened on Madison Avenue near Pleasant Run and Manual High School.
Chopper 8 was on the scene and could see water gushing over the wall and onto the street.
