INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) -
A group of hotel workers say they have reached a settlement with nine Indianapolis hotels.
The group accused the hotels of forcing them to work with no pay. Earlier this year the workers filed a federal lawsuit against hotels including the J.W. Marriott, the Westin and the Hyatt.
The workers were all employees of a hotel subcontractor called Hospitality Staffing Solutions.
The workers say because of a confidentiality agreement they cannot talk about the details of the settlement.
