Anderson police find body by road

ANDERSON, Ind. (Herald Bulletin) - Police in Anderson found a body on the city’s northwest side Thursday night.

Anderson Police say the body of a black male, age 25 to 35, was found around 7:30 p.m. near Anderson-Frankton road, 24-Hour News 8’s news partner The Herald Bulletin reports.

The body was found hidden among some debris.

Detectives are  treating this as a homicide. No identification on the man has been made and the cause of death has not yet been determined.
