ANDERSON, Ind. (The Herald Bulletin) - An Anderson woman is facing charges of child molestation and incest, 24-Hour News 8 news partner The Herald Bulletin reports.

Police arrested 30-year-old Jessica Tooley on Monday afternoon for incidents involving an 11-year-old girl. She’s facing two preliminary charges of child molestation and two preliminary charges of incest.

An investigation of Tooley’s boyfriend led to her arrest. Officers had arrested the boyfriend, 37-year-old William Everage, on charges he failed to register as a sex offender and two other charges of child molest. During questioning with police, Everage said Tooler was involved in the abuse.

Detectives say Tooley admitted to tying the girl to a bed and forcing her to drink alcohol and watch sex acts. The girl was also fondled and abused.
