Teen charged with reckless homicide

ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) - A 19-year-old man was arrested Thursday in connection with the death of a friend that occurred back in March.
Paul J. Coy 19, of Alexandria was the driver of the vehicle involved in a fatal accident near Alexandria on March 15, 2012.
One of Coy’s three passengers, Darin S. Hurn 17, of Alexandria died from injuries he sustained from the accident.
According to Sheriff Richardson, Paul J Coy turned himself into authorities and was booked into the Madison County Jail early this morning.
Coy has been charged one Count of Reckless Homicide and 2 counts of Criminal Recklessness, resulting in serious bodily injury, according to police.
Coy’s Bond was set at $10,000.00. Police say he posted bond this evening
