LEBANON, Ind. (AP) - Drivers on Interstate 65 northwest of Indianapolis near Lebanon could run into delays from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. over the next week.
Starting Monday, the state Department of Transportation will close the road in 20-minute increments so demolition work can be done on the State Road 39 Bridge. INDOT officials say they will allow traffic to clear out before stopping cars again. The work is expected to continue until April 24.
The project on I-65 will add an additional lane in each direction and reconstruct the existing lanes of I-65.
