Circus animals confiscated in Miami Co.

MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - The government confiscated some circus animals in Miami County. Inspectors for the United States Department of Agriculture said the owner was not providing proper shelter for them.

The owner said the USDA did not give him time to provide it.
