LEBANON, Ind. (WISH) - Authorities in Boone County say a controversial Halloween decoration where a figure with the face of President Barack Obama was hanging by the neck has been removed.

The display was on the front lawn of a home in Lebanon at Ind. 47 and Ind. 49.

After the display drew complaints, the Secret Service investigated the display.

Neighbors believed the display was offensive and needed to be taken down. They say the homeowner is a vocal critic of President Obama.
