INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - DNA test results confirm a body found in Madison County in August is that of Roy Parmley, a man wanted in connection to the murder of Amanda Wiles.
Madison County coroner Ned Dunnichay said Parmley died of a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Hunters discovered Parmley’s body outside of Lapel nestled within several tree trunks. The clothing and items around the body suggested it was likely Parmley.
Wiles was shot and killed June 9. Her mother was Parmley’s ex-girlfriend.
