Fallen Marine's remains to return to Kokomo

KOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) - Fallen Kokomo Marine Sgt. Bradley W. Atwell will return home on Friday.

Bradley died in Afghanistan on Sept. 15 along with another Marine from Pennsylvania. The 27-year-old enlisted in 2005.

Friday morning, Bradley’s remains will be flown into Grissom Air Reserve Base before being transported to a Kokomo funeral home.

Specific details about visitation and a funeral were still being arranged, 24-Hour News 8’s news partner, the Kokomo Tribune, reported.
