ANDERSON, Ind. (The Herald Bulletin) - The Anderson firefighters union is helping raise money for breast cancer awareness.
Local 1262 is joining Susan G. Komen in the Passionately Pink for the Cure campaign and selling breast cancer awareness shirts for $20.
All proceeds will go toward Susan G. Komen for the Cure that funds breast cancer research, education, and treatment programs, 24-Hour News 8’s news partner The Herald Bulletin reports.
In one month, the local union has raised more than $1,500.
