ISP: man molested, 'sexted' teen

CORDON, Ind. (WISH) - A 23-year-old man faces charges that he inappropriately touched a 13-year-old boy after sending him sexually explicit text messages.

Indiana State Police say Matthew S. Dayvault turned himself into troopers just after 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Troopers began investigating the case after they learned Dayvault was allegedly sending explicit messages and having inappropriate contact with the boy.

Dayvault is charged with Child Molestation, four counts of Dissemination of materials harmful to minors and four counts of inappropriate communication with a minor.
