MUNCIE, Ind. (WISH) - Ball State University Almnus David Letterman, host of CBS's "Late Show," will host a conversation with media icon Oprah Winfrey at Ball State in November.
The conversation is part of the David Letterman Distinguished Professional Lecture and Workshop Series.
"The Letterman lecture series is known for one-of-a-kind encounters with today's most impressive leaders," said President Jo Ann M. Gora. "Oprah Winfrey's story is inspirational on many levels." Officials from Ball State say they are grateful for Letterman's support and participation with the university.
The event will be held in the Emens Auditorium at 4 p.m. on November 26. Admission to the event is free, but seats must be reserved. Students may begin to buy tickets at 9 a.m. on November 7 and faculty can buy tickets the following day. Tickets for the general public will be available on November 9.
