Man faces 14 child sex charges

MADISON, Ind. (WISH) - A Madison man already in jail on Meth charges now faces 14 more charges that are sexual in nature.

Indiana State Police and Madison Police were cleaning up a meth lab at 849 East Street in Madison when they discovered evidence of child exploitation.

Cecil Bear, 30, was arrested April 26 on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine. Detectives served him Thursday with a second arrest warrant, charging him with:

3 counts of Child Molestation
4 counts of Child Exploitation
4 counts of possession of child pornography
3 counts of Child Solicitation
