GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - An Elwood man was injured after crashing into a barn on Friday.
Indiana State Police responded to the accident on the 5300 block of South Strawtown Pike around 8 a.m.
A preliminary investigation revealed that Arthur Hensley suffered a medical problem while driving which caused him to drive off the road into a ditch.
His truck continued through the ditch, hit a tree and crashed into a barn, police say.
The barn, and equipment inside, suffered extensive damage.
Hensley was taken to Marion General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was wearing a seatbelt.
Drugs and alcohol are not suspected in the crash.
