ELWOOD, Ind. (The Herald Bulletin) - Investigators in Elwood returned to the site of a factory fire that started Monday, the second in the city in less than one month.

The fire started Dec. 24 on 926 North Ninth Street.

Police are still treating the fire as an arson because there was no electrical power running into the building, 24-Hour News 8’s news partner The Herald Bulletin reports.

No arrests have been made.
