LEBANON, Ind. (WISH) - The Secret Service is investigating a central Indiana Halloween display featuring a figure with the face of President Barack Obama hanging by the neck.

The display on the front lawn of a home north of Lebanon, at Ind. 47 and Ind. 39, drew complaints.

Neighbors said they believe the display is offensive and needs to be taken down. The homeowner, they said, is a vocal critic of the president, but they believe this is the wrong way to get his message across.

The Justice Department said the Secret Service was investigating, and if they believe a crime has been committed, the findings will be forwarded to the DOJ for review and possible prosecution.
