ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) - The police investigation into Anderson middle school students who saw a photo of their teacher has been closed.

Anderson Police Department officials said investigators determined the photo students saw was “from the neck down” and “not pornographic in nature,” according to a news release.

The investigation was closed and the police department handed the case over to the school.

A mother told 24-Hour News 8 on Wednesday that three boys were disciplined by Highland Junior High School administrators for viewing the photo of a teacher on a school-issued iPad.
