Police searching for bank robbery suspect

ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) - Anderson Police confirm they are searching for a male suspect who robbed a PNC Bank at 2909 Nickel Ave. Saturday morning.

The incident happened just before 9:15 a.m. Police say a single male suspect in his mid 30s wearing a white t-shirt and camouflage pants attempted to rob the bank.

The suspect was armed and riding a bicycle.

One k-9 was injured in the incident. Police have blocked off the area and believe to have the suspect contained in the blocked off area.
