ANDERSON, Ind. (The Herald Bulletin) - After thousands of dollars worth of Apple iPods and iPads were taken from an Anderson Target last month, they were found in a shopping cart at the store early Tuesday morning, 24-Hour News 8 news partner The Herald Bulletin reports.
The items were found in the shopping cart around 4 a.m., but police still have no suspect.
When the theft originally happened, surveillance cameras captured an image of a white man in his early 20s entering the store. Police say he hid in the store until employees left, then left through a maintenance door with the items. He originally tried to leave through the main door but tripped an alarm.
Anyone with information about the crime is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 765-649-8310.
