Thousands without power in Madison Co.

MADISON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Duke Energy officials confirm 3,300 people have been without power in the Lapel, Frankton, and Edgewood area since about 12:40 this afternoon.

Officials say an animal got into a mobile sub station and "did a lot of damage."
