Tippecanoe Co. accident injures 3

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - A three vehicle wreck in Tippecanoe County sent three people to the hospital and closed State Road 26 for several hours Friday night.
Police said the wreck happened just after 8:30 Friday evening near the town of Monitor, our sister station WLFI reports.
Investigators aren't sure of the exact cause, but after a head-on collision involving two cars, one of the three cars involved flipped onto the edge barrier on the bridge.
Police said three drivers were sent to I.U. Health Arnett and Saint Elizabeth East with unknown injuries. A passenger in one of the cars refused treatment on the scene.
