WHITE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Voters are being warned of voting phone scams after multiple incidents in Tippecanoe County.

The Tippecanoe County Elections Board says scammers are calling local residents and warning of them of long lines at the polls.

The callers are then asking the person on the other line to vote over the phone, our partners at the Herald Journal report.
