SELMA, Ind. (AP) - Authorities say a 51-year-old woman died when the golf cart she was in crashed and flipped over in an eastern Indiana creek.
Delaware County police say 51-year-old Gaynelle Moore of Muncie and a man were in the golf cart driving across a grassy field about 1 a.m. Sunday in a rural area near the town of Selma when it went down an embankment into the creek.
Police Cpl. Nancy Marvin tells The Star Press ( http://tspne.ws/Mmifsi ) that Moore was trapped in the water in the area a few miles east of Muncie while the man wasn't injured.
Marvin says both people tested positive for alcohol.
