INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - A lawsuit claims that the staff at a Marion County middle school didn't do enough to stop an HIV-positive girl from being bullied so badly by other students that she was forced to leave school.
The federal lawsuit filed by the girl's mother against the Washington Township Schools argues that the district violated federal law by allowing classmates to call her names and otherwise harass her.
