TAMPICO, Ind. (WISH) - Indiana State Excise Police officers issued a total of 27 tickets during a tractor-and-truck pull in Jackson County this weekend.

15 minors were cited for illegal consumption or possession of alcohol, four of whom were less than 18 years of age, police report.

Three adults were cited for providing alcohol to a minor.

Eight juveniles, including one as young as 14, were ticketed for possession of tobacco.

One adult was also cited for possession of marijuana.

All of the juveniles were taken to the Jackson County Jail, where they were released to their parents.

The annual tractor-and-truck pull and fish fry is a fundraiser for the Grassy Fork Volunteer Fire Department.
