MOORESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - The parents of some Mooresville High School students are outraged over a 41-second cell phone video showing a softball player licking her coach's toe.

The cell phone video shows several Mooresville high school girls and leg of their coach, Jody Monaghan. A closer look shows a student licking Monaghan's toe.

"We cannot seem to get anyone to take it serious," said Mooresville High parent Sheila Helton.

Monaghan is now an assistant swim coach at Mooresville High School.

"You don't put yourself in a situation like that. He put himself in a situation like that and created it, which he has done the last couple of years," said Helton.

In 2008, Sheila Helton took her daughter off the school's softball team when he was that team's coach.

"My daughter started off receiving inappropriate texting from him late at night, 11:30, midnight (saying) 'What are you doing?', 'I'm board'," Helton said.

Jerry Reecer accuses Monaghan of inappropriately touching his daughter.

"I don't feel like it's safe for the girls over here. It's not about the kids playing ball. It's about these are young adults, they have to be safe," said Reecer.

In a statement, the Mooresville School Corporation said the student in the video told administrators she never felt threatened or unsafe.

Leonard Addair said that's not enough.

"All those girls that are naive and adolescent and think that everything is right and everything is hunky-dory and it was just a game, it ain’t a game. We're talking about kids on a bus and a grown man," Addair said.

"I would like to see a lot of heads roll," Reecer said.

The video has been handed over the Mooresville Police Department. Some of the parents said they are also planning to file a criminal report. They said if no action is taken, they will file a complaint with the State Board of Education.
