Body found in missing woman's car

COLUMBUS, Ind. (WISH) - A body was found inside of a missing woman’s vehicle in Columbus Friday afternoon.

Police say the woman has not yet been identified but the car is owned by Vonda D. Fivecoat, who was last seen on Dec. 20.

The car was located in a brush line, just west of Marr Road and south of Rocky Ford Road, according to a media release.

Preliminary information reveals the woman in the car is Fivecoat. The woman's identity and cause of death have not been confirmed.

The car was found around 1:20 p.m. Friday after a resident reported seeing the car.
