COLUMBUS, Ind. (WISH) - Columbus Hospital has filed a federal lawsuit against FEMA saying the Federal Emergency Management Agency "bungled its job" following the disastrous 2008 floods.

The suit seeks in excess of $15 million from FEMA because of what it calls accounting errors.

The state is not named in the suit.

The floods in June of 2008 crippled services at the hospital.

The suit even accuses FEMA of hiring unqualified employees who wanted to require the hospital to shop for replacement medical equipment on EBay.
