COLUMBUS, Ind. (WISH) - A couple from Columbus wants some answers after a Valentine’s Day flower arrangement wasn’t delivered.

Donald Windland says he spent $65 on flowers two weeks ago from 1-800-Flowers.

Valentine's Day came and went with no flowers for his wife. A check of the company's Twitter and Facebook accounts show the Windlands weren’t alone in their dismay. Hundreds of customers have been complaining to the company.

The company has multiple listings with the Better Business Bureau, with ratings ranging from A to F.

The Windlands say the company told them they will get a refund. 1-800-Flowers is telling anyone who didn't get their delivery to contact the company with their invoice number.
