Fire spreads from field to two homes

MONROVIA, Ind. (WISH) - Two homes were destroyed in Morgan County when a field fire spread to the structures.
It happened near Patton Lake, northwest of Martinsville.
The Morgan County Sheriff’s Department says the fire was spread by wind, but it was rain that helped them control the fire.
People in both homes made it out safely.
