MARTINSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - A grass fire along State Road 37 was causing traffic backups between Martinsville and Bloomington Tuesday afternoon.
Firefighters were still battling the grass fire as of 1:20 p.m., and its cause wasn’t known.
Southbound and northbound traffic was being stopped periodically because of heavy smoke in the area. Traffic was backing up as a result.
