MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Due to high water, the Indiana Department of Transportation has closed Ind. 42 in two counties.
In Morgan County, 42 is closed between Ind. 142 and Little Point. In Putnam County, 42 is closed for six miles east of U.S. 231.
The road will be closed until waters recede, according to a press release.
INDOT also encourages drivers to use caution around flooded roads. The release also says that drivers should not go through standing water.
