NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - A Morgan County sheriff’s deputy was arrested Friday night at a country music concert, Sheriff Robert J. Downey said.

Deputy Jason Baugh was at the Kenney Chesney concert at Verizon Wireless Music Center when he got involved in a domestic situation with his wife. He was escorted to the center's security office around 9:45 p.m. Police determined he was intoxicated and arrested him for public intoxication. Baugh's wife wasn't injured. Baugh was released from jail at 5:11 p.m. on Saturday.

Downey said Baugh has been with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department for three years. He’s been placed on administrative leave with pay pending an internal investigation.
