One hurt in car-semi crash

MOORESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - One person was seriously hurt Wednesday when a car and semi collided south of Mooresville.

The crash happened at Ind. 67 and Sunset Lane just after 3:10 p.m. Police said the car was trying to cross Ind. 67 when it was hit by the semi.

A passenger in the car was thrown from the car and was taken IU Health Methodist Hospital by medical helicopter.
